Terms of Delivery
  • Our commitment is to deliver products within 48 hours to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. Orders from Ajman will be delivered on Sundays, orders from Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain on Wednesdays, and orders from Al Ain and Al Fujairah on Mondays and Thursdays.
  • In the event of unexpected delays, we will keep you informed of the revised delivery schedule.
  • Please note that we do not offer delivery services to the following areas:
  • Inside Dubai Free Zone
  • Hatta (Inside UAE)
  • Lahbab
  • Al Madam
  • Al Khazna (Abu Dhabi)
  • Al Mirfa (Abu Dhabi)
  • Beda Zayed (Abu Dhabi)
  • Al Ruwais (Abu Dhabi)
  • Al Dhafra (Abu Dhabi)
  • Dalma Island (Abu Dhabi)

1. Claims of warranty can be made against any of the following:a. Dealer signed Warranty Card / Cash Memo / Original Invoice. ( Note: GEC reserves the rights to refuse warranty service if any of the above information is not provided.)

2. The paid repair ( parts(s) and labour) is guaranteed for Two (2) months against to defective workmanship ( same part, same defect basis). However, additional spare parts(s) not used during this repair is to be paid for.

3. GEC warranty is applicable when the product is purchased from GEC and its dealers.

4. The appliance must be used for domestic purposes only.

5. Minor Repairs will be solved at customer place, and major Repairs (Eg. Gas Charging, Drum changing, etc..) will be carried out in the service center.

6. Pick-up & Delivery of Small Appliances will be done only from Retail Showrooms / Dealers.

7. GEC service will not carry out the following jobs Plumping , Carpenter, Electrical wiring, cable trunking.

8. Warranty Job’s defective spare part(s) / materials are not returnable.

9. Cleaning of A/C’s is not covered under warranty.

10. Warranty does not cover, if any of the following conditions:) Misuse, Accidents, Negligence, Improper Storage, External Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper Ventilation, physical damage, scratches, poor maintenanceb) Accessories and Consumable items – knife, Jar, shaving Head, Remote Control, Cabinet, Filter, Fuse, Knobs, Bulb, Glass and Exterior) Performance failure caused by force majeure such as Earthquakes, Hurricanes, lightning, fire, Floods or any ” Act of God”) Failure to comply manufacturer’s operating instructions.

11. Warranty will be void, In case repairs / modification are carried out by the unauthorized personnel.

12. When estimation is not accepted, then customers has to pay the Home visit / Estimation Charges.

13. If any customer requirements for additional Spare Parts / Accessories during the installation, customer has to pay for it (Eg. Additional Cables, Descaling Tablets, Wall Bracket, Hose, Stand etc).

14. Spare parts purchased by the customer from the service center, will not carry any warranty.

15. Sold Spare parts will not be taken back.

16. Storage Fee of AED50/month will be collected, if the product is not collected after 30 days of collection advice.

17. If the product is not collected after 90 days of collection advice, it will be automatically scrapped.

You have the option to receive a refund in the form of a credit note or gift voucher, provided that the product(s) are returned in the same condition (unused and with unopened packaging).

 How to return a product:

  • For items collected from the showroom, please return the unused products, packed and sealed in the original box.
  • For items delivered by our delivery team, kindly get in touch with us, and we will arrange an inspection for the return. If sent with our inspection, the same will be inspected at our warehouse to assess the condition of the product

 Important Note:

    • You can receive refunds in a form of credit note or gift voucher within 48 hours of receiving the returned item to our warehouse.
    • Credit notes or gift vouchers can be used within 6 months from the date issued.
